Our Heavenly Father Makes All Things New For Our Good

“Remember not the former things,

nor consider the things of old.

Behold, I am doing a new thing;

now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” – Isaiah 43: 18-19

Isaiah 43: 18-19 Reflection

In Isaiah, we are reminded of the promises that GOD makes to His people. Those who choose to believe in GOD are allowed to understand the eternal truths that exist in the Heavenly Father. We are allowed to understand the wisdom that comes from the belief of our GOD and Savior. We are able to comprehend the many scriptures that describe the completion of the law through grace and the spiritual progression that GOD has decided for mankind.

We are able to understand how GOD from the beginning in Genesis was able to decide the order of the world and galaxies and at the same time decide how human history would turn out. GOD has decided to show us through the scriptures that we are able to trust in His promises regardless of the difficulties or the different versions of information we receive. We are to ask for guidance and pray faithfully that our Heavenly Father may guide us on this journey. We know that there is something greater than what we see and hear for He stated that we are not to be blind or deaf. When He describes the blindness and deafness, it is not a physical blindness or deafness, but a spiritual blindness and deafness that exists through a lack of faith in the promises of the Father.

We are instructed to seek GOD with all our hearts and minds and belief. To love the LORD GOD above all else. Only then are we allowed to understand. Only then are we allowed to hear and see spiritually the things that are not physical but spiritual. These are the things that the LORD is promising. Life everlasting. However, this cannot be attained by seeking and grasping at the temporary. We understand that the LORD is making new things, and we instructed to seek after these new things. We are not to consider the things of old, but to consider the new. The new which is to arrive.
